Uma moradia de férias de qualidade com vistas muito bonitas e um acolhedor terraço de 50m2 acessível tanto pela sala como pela cozinha. O terraço a nascente virado para a serra mas também com vista a sul com vista mar. Está localizado perto do campo de golfe La Noria e também de um driving range. Piscina comum com pequena piscina adicional para as crianças. Um pequeno playground externo e uma pequena academia externa nas proximidades da área da piscina também são oferecidos durante a estadia.

Would have liked to be informed regarding. Building work directly out side property. Unable to have a sleep in . Also to noisy to rest sunbathe.

This home was a great stay for 6 guest. The area is peaceful and plenty of options for supermarkets. We received detailed information from the host beforehand on the check in procedure. The only negative in this section would be that there was only one remote for 2 rental cars. Plenty of parking. The beds were comfortable and extra pillows were provided. The kitchen/dining/living room area is spacious and the patio is very big. A big positive is that the house is well stocked. Enough plates/glasses/cutlery and two fridges which was really handy. Some sun chairs for the beach and lots of little extras. Would certainly recommend.

We stayed here with 4 adults and a infant. The place was exactly as described and very comfortable. They prepared a special baby cot and for the stairs they had a baby protection fence. It’s very spacious. Checkin and checkout went smoothly and the management of this property responds well. The apartment is very comfortable and in a beautiful surrounding, very calm. I would say a 20 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Down the hill is a small cafe with coffee and food. The pool is open all year around as it seems. In October not many people where there so we enjoyed the calmness. I would recommend it.

The house met our expectations. It was clean on arrival and had most things we needed. The management company were responsive to our requests; for example as we were there for two weeks we asked for a linen change which they left for us. There is a lot of building work going on in the area at the moment which creates a lot of dust and also noise but it didn’t adversely affect our enjoyment. It is also worth noting that there are over 100 steps to get down to the pool ( or you can go a longer way around the road) and is therefore not really suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The pool when you get there is lovely and clean with a grass area. There are fold up chairs in the property which can be carried down for more comfort. The beach is around a 20/25 minute walk. Lots of lovely restaurants close by.
We had a great stay and would recommend.

Trevligt ljust boende med närhet till butiker och stranden. Jättefin stor terass och sol hela dagen där och på framsidan. Tyvärr kunde vi inte spela paddel då det inte fanns utrustning el info om hur man bokar.

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt.
Tolle Terrasse mit guter Ausstattung. Gute Küche, mit allem, was man braucht zum Glücklichsein.
Zum Strand und umliegenden Bars/Restaurants waren es ca. 10 Minuten Fussweg.
Es war eine tolle Zeit in Mijas.

Perfect place for a summer vacation. 10 mins walk to the main street and beach. Loads of choices in bars and restaurant. Beautiful beach. Loved it!

We had a fantastic stay and holiday at this townhouse in La Cala. The accommodation was spotless with everything we’d expect for a self catering holiday.
The only thing that’s worth pointing out and wasn’t clear from the description is that the 3rd bathroom is on the ground floor (the bedrooms are on the 1st floor) and is actually a wet room so it was quite difficult to use to shower without flooding.
Great location with supermarkets in easy reach however people with walking difficulties may struggle as the house is at the top of a hill / stairs. It’s about a 25 minute walk into La Cala.
We had a fabulous holiday, thank you.

Prettig appartement
Het is een leuk appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Er staat een nieuwe bbq!
De locatie is prima op loopafstand van een grote supermarkt maar ook de kust is aan te lopen. (Terug wel 86 traptredes op)
We vonden het niet heel schoon. En er wordt buiten gebouwd en ook daardoor is er veel stof, zeker op het terras.
Deurtje van de wasmachine is kapot.
1 badkamer is beneden, de andere 2 zijn bij de 3 slaapkamers die zich op de boven verdieping bevinden.

Veel geluidsoverlast helaas ☹️ maar mooie lokatie en accommodatie.
Ze zijn recht voor het huisje aan het bouwen. Ze begonnen om 8 uur en gingen soms door tot 18.00 uur. Hier een melding van gemaakt maar er werd gezegd hier kunnen wij niets aandoen. Dat begrijpen we maar als dat van te voren gemeld wordt kan je kiezen of je dit wilt of niet. Er is geen korting gegeven en geen melding van gemaakt. Uitslapen was er niet bij want ze zijn tegen de berg aan het bouwen dus het was echt met een drilboor. Vandaar dat we veel op pad zijn geweest terwijl het een fijn huis is en fijne accommodatie maar constant in enorm veel lawaai te zitten is niet relax op vakantie zijn. De reactie na onze melding was ook erg nonchalant “wij kunnen er er ook niets aan doen” 1 tip als je een heel jaar uitkijkt na je vakantie en daar een behoorlijk bedrag aan uitgeeft zou ik voorlopig daar niet heen gaan en wachten tot dat de bouw klaar is.

Het huis was ruim en luxe van opzet met meerdere badkamers en een groot (zonnig) terras. Straat beveiligd met 2 hekken. 10 minuutjes lopen van het strand, dat geldt ook voor supermarkten. Daguitjes mogelijk met auto naar Marbella, Malaga, Elhambra, Gibraltar, Ronda en Caminito del Rey
het huis was een beetje gehorig, 's ochtends vroeg hoorde je de buren.

Erittäin upea terassi, josta upeat näkymät. Uima-allas erittäin toimiva lapsiperheille ja ruokakauppoja löytyy pienen kävelymatkan päästä (Aldi & Lidl)
Grilli oli todella likainen ja osa terassin tuoleista rikki
