Can Solrentspain manage my holiday home ?

For the best experience for your guests and for you as an owner to obtain the best possible yearly revenue, we work exclusively with recently refurbished and new built homes. Todays travellers are looking for modern and designed holiday homes with high comfort.

Our team can also help you to re-design your home before renting out to maximise the revenue and rented days/weeks.

If you just bought a new holiday home we have a professional home decoration team to hire for a total furniture and design solution.

Do I pay for cleaning, bedlinen & towels ?

You do not, the guests pay this directly to us and wee use our own white hotel quality bedlinen and towels. When you stay as an owner or family, we discount the cleaning and linen rental (if you need linen and towels)

To provide a 100% clean apartment for the guests we always have to clean before any guest arrive so that means that an owner can not clean by him/herself after his/her stay if any paying guests arrive after. (if it is the owner returning again for the next stay, in this case our cleaning is optional for the owner).

This is also to secure good reviews of the cleaning from the guests, both for our sake as our name is at stake and for the owners sake as the reviews are what potential guests will see before they book.


Can I still use my holiday home myself ?

Yes of course you can. We give you a secure access to your own calendar where you can instant block your own weeks / dates as you want. No need to email or call us or waiting for us to block your dates. Our system allows you to block your dates instantly 24/7 year around.



Can you obtain the rental license ?

Yes we can.

What we need from you is, a copy of your NIE, Nota simple or Escritura de compraventa and a passport copy.

If you are outside Spain we can obtain your license with your electronic certificate or a notary signed authorisation sent to us.

Fee for us to obtain your licence is 100€ +Iva

We can also register your property at the local police so we can register your guests legally at each stay.

Fee for us to register your home at the police in person is 70€ +Iva.

Income declaration on rentals in Spain ?

As an EU citizen you declare your rental income each quarter. 19% is the the tax rate on your income as a member of the European union.

*Remember that you can deduct electricity, water and some other costs that occurs the days your home is rented out.

*Other citizens have to declare their deductions in their own country.

We can put you in contact with a Gestoria for your income declarations if needed. English/ Spanish speaking.

Home insurance ?

Your home insurance should have the add-on stating that you rent out. This is a safe way to keep your property safe for any greater issues than the security deposit we handle for you.

We also have in most booking channels a great coverage where we can make a claim if anything should happen to your property caused by the guest or any damage to the guest caused by the property.

Repairs and maintenance?

We have a network of local resonable tradesmen that we work with for AC maintenance and plumbing etc.

We also have an in-house handyman to take care of issues during the stay or reparations that needs to be done.

We also offer FREE touch up painting, marks on the walls from bags etc. For full wall/apartment repainting we make a quote for the work.
